First components

About time we started making a few real components of our own!

First up is the Header. Make one with the TaskFlow logo and a hamburger icon which changes to a close icon after a press. Use the Pressable component to handle the press.

Next up are the timesheets and team members screens. For now, let's just have them display a placeholder text.
