Do you only work on digital products?
Digital products are our specialty, but we think holistically. When a solution needs physical components, we design those too—like our airport information kiosk. The application is digital, but we improved the overall visitor experience by addressing physical factors: kiosk visibility, wayfinding, and service desk interactions. We always consider the complete user journey, digital or hybrid.
What is your pricing structure?
We work with a transparent hourly rate of €90 to €105. This rate covers a multidisciplinary team of UX designers and software developers, all specialists in their field.
