What will you do during your traineeship?
Everyone who joins our traineeship starts with our Crash Course. In 6 weeks time we will get you ready for your first job. We believe in learning by doing. Our Crash Course program is fully facilitated by our experienced specialists. During the Crash Course you will receive lectures and workshops on different methodologies and principles, you will do a Design Sprint, you will get certificates to pimp your CV and we will teach you all the ins & outs of Figma. After the Crash Course, the traineeship officially begins and you will start working at one of our clients. But don't worry, you won't be alone. You'll be surrounded by experienced designers who work in the UX field on a daily basis and can help you during your work. Every Friday is dedicated to training by our specialists. During the training days there will be different activities including:

After your traineeship
After the traineeship, we are happy to continue working together. Of course, your UX career has only just begun. Within Humanoids the emphasis is on learning. Together we look at the qualities you want to develop further. It is also possible to see different clients from the inside in order to grow further towards a senior UX professional. In addition, you can contribute to the training of new people!
Who are we?
We are a team of young, driven professionals who, in addition to a passion for their profession, also enjoy doing fun things together. We regularly organize drinks, go to festivals together, do activities after work and some of us have even gone on vacation together. A nice, approachable atmosphere is very important to us and we hope you can contribute to this!

Requirements
- You've got serious UX ambition 🚀.*
- You are highly educated, meaning HBO or WO 🎓.*
- You have an heavy dose of analytical and problem-solving skills 🧠.

FAQ
What exactly do you mean by UX Design?
Indeed, the term UX is still used differently within the industry. What a UX Designer does according to Humanoids, and therefore what you will be trained for, is to design a usable digital product. That includes visual design as well as interaction design, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, co-creation techniques and successfully communicating with stakeholders. A Humanoids UX Designer is therefore a T-shaped designer and a broadly oriented professional.
Who is the UX Crash Course for?
We developed the Crash Course for our trainees. This way we ensure that they can immediately join a team and that they all start with the same set of skills. It also allows us to shorten an onboarding period as much as possible. The Crash Course is thus aimed at higher level graduates, whom we thus give practical UX handholds and prepare for the profession of UX designer. We have done our best to develop a UX crash course that excellently reflects what is current and modern in the industry today. And which is taught for and by designers.
What are the costs?
No costs for trainees. For the record! The Crash Course is designed for our trainees. If you follow the traineeship, the Crash Course will cost you nothing, but we will reimburse your training and travel expenses. 1 thing though: your official employment with Humanoids will start after the crash course.
