We are proud to share that Humanoids has been included in the Emerce 100 of 2026, in the category UX Design Agencies, with a score of 5 stars.

What is the Emerce 100?

The Emerce 100 is an annual list of the best digital agencies and service providers in the Netherlands, compiled by trade publication Emerce in collaboration with research agency Motivaction. Every year, hundreds of companies are assessed and divided across dozens of categories. The assessments are made by clients and peers who work with these agencies on a daily basis, based on:

- knowledge/know-how;

- reliability;

- price-quality ratio;

- flexibility.

Getting listed is no small feat, and certainly not with 5 stars!

What does this mean for Humanoids?

For us, this recognition feels like a confirmation of the way we work. At Humanoids, good digital product design always starts with the people who will ultimately use it. That means conducting thorough research before a single screen is designed, running continuous user tests throughout the process, and maintaining close collaboration with our clients from start to finish. That is how we deliver the best products.

Our projects

That approach is reflected in the projects we have been working on. With the Ridder app for greenhouse growers, we previously won a golden Dutch Interactive Award, an app that growers use daily to manage their greenhouses remotely. For Naturalis, we developed the Wazzat app, which allows visitors to identify animals and plants. And for Nationale-Nederlanden, we built an AI-powered claims portal that makes reporting damage a lot easier. Three very different projects, but with the same approach: together with the user, step by step.

Investing in people

What also sets us apart is how we build our team. Every week, we dedicate a full day to training new UX designers and developers through our own traineeship programme. This ensures that we not only deliver great products now, but that the quality of our work is also secured for the future. Investing in people is something we are very proud of, and it is great to see that this is also recognised by people outside of Humanoids.
