Humanoids has won an FD Gazelle 2021! And not only that. We became number 7 in the top 10 of the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands!

Humanoids has grown in recent years thanks to the network that the two founders, Maarten Hoogvliet (UX designer) and Robbin Habermehl (Front-end developer), have built up over the years. The company, founded in 2017, designs and develops interactive products, such as apps and platforms.

The growth is partly due to traineeships that they have set up. Graduates are trained for practice in a short time and then start working at Humanoids as a trainee. “And of course we have also worked very hard to achieve growth,” Hoogvliet and Habermehl add.

“We are convinced that the quality of our company always starts with the people,” say the founders. 'That is why we train new Humanoids in-house with training programs for academics.' They start the traineeships twice a year. Customers can also use these traineeships to train their own talents.

The company has not been affected by the corona crisis. The Rotterdam company has taken on a relatively large number of long-term jobs for (semi-)governments. The advantage of this is that work could continue as normal during the corona pandemic.
